30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. An order is considered to have been received on the date that logistics tracking states the item has been delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Orders cancelled prior to shipment:
    If a refund request is submitted before your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it will be processed promptly by our team.

  • Orders already shipped:
    If your order has already been fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse, refund requests can generally only be processed after 15 business days from the original purchase date. This allows sufficient time for shipping and delivery to be completed before further action is taken.

  • Return condition requirements:
    All returned items must be unopened, unused, and sealed, with the original packaging fully intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Item did Not Arrive

If your item does not arrive, please check the package tracking information provided with your order and contact us after 15 business days for further details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue an appropriately apportioned refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
